Reserve Guidelines

Reservations
  • Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance.
  • Reservations are non-refundable unless canceled at least 8 days prior (50% of total refunded). Refunds 30 days are more are 100% refundable with a fee of $25.00 for processing.
  • The city accepts debit/credit cards (with 3% processing fee), personal checks, money orders or exact cash for the rental fee. (note: No out-of-state or counter check accepted.)
  • All rentals require a $100.00 refundable damage deposit. 
  • Renter MUST notify City Hall immediately to change contract if it is feasible. (Requests to alter contract may NOT be accepted.)
  • A fee of $25.00 will be charged to reschedule an existing rental.
Facility Rules
  • Prohibited items include alcohol, glass, and flammable materials.
  • Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 6 AM.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all pavilion areas.
Emergency Rescheduling

  • If 7 days or less prior to rental date, refunds will ONLY be given in the event of Park closure. (Inclement weather is NOT considered a park closing.
  • A 2 hour prior notice is required for cancellation for any emergency reason (family emergency or actual inclement weather the day of the rental).
  • Renter MUST call City Hall at 770-638-2204 during regular business hours. 
  • Renters will be allowed to reschedule within one calendar year of the original rental contract date (if emergency rescheduling criteria is met)
  • A rescheduling fee of $25.00 will apply.​
Accessibility
  • The pavilion is wheelchair accessible with designated parking.
  • Accessible restrooms are available at the pavilion entrance.
  • Assistance is provided for residents with disabilities.
Renter Policy
  • Renter must be 21 years of age, must be present and is responsible for the rental.
  • A ratio of 1 adult to 10 minors is required at all times. (A minor is defined as any person under the age of 18.)
  • Renting Pavilion does NOT include general areas surrounding  the pavilion (parking lot, playgrounds or Splash Pad.)
  • Use of commercial recreation vendors and other resources for special event activities (moonwalks, dunk tanks, clowns, pony rides, DJ's, tents, etc.) are prohibited.
  • A Food Authorization Form and required insurance must be submitted at LEAST 2 weeks prior to rental date if a caterer will serve any food or beverage during the event.
  • No person shall use under the pavilion any unauthorized equipment (i.e. bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/blades, sidewalk chalk, cleats, etc.)
  • Masking tape and scotch tape are permitted for decorating purposes.
  • Balloons are allowed as long as they are disposed of properly at the conclusion of the event.
  • Balloon releases are NOT allowed.
  • Only drip-less candles contained in a hurricane globe or votive are allowed and must be extinguished immediately following the event. 
  • Prohibited items include (but not limited to): silly string, confetti, water balloons, 
  • Animals, except service animals, are NOT allowed in the pavilion.
  • Pre-approval is required for any additional grills being brought into the park at least 2 prior to event.
  • No other cooking equipment is allowed (i.e. smokers, deep fryers, etc.).
  • All equipment being brought into the park must be specified at the time the reservation is secured and must comply with all applicable rules and ordinaces,
  • The use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited at all City of Lilburn facilities except  in ordinance to the City's Ordinance.
  • City is NOT responsible for natural acts of nature. (This is an outdoor facility.)
